This advanced series will focus on the recruitment of human sources by utilizing focused intelligence collection, advanced tradecraft techniques and scenario-based exercises.

The controller training series will focus on managing source handlers and their interactions with a human source. It will include topics such as dealing with common source-handler project alignment concerns, due diligence reviews, and enhanced communication skills.

 ☛ Surveillance/Counter Surveillance Techniques

This course will introduce basic and advanced surveillance and counter surveillance techniques using a team approach.

 ☛Enhanced Interviewing Techniques

This course will provide instruction in basic and advanced interviewing techniques such as standard interviewing, cognitive interviewing and enhanced cognitive interviewing methods and the pros/cons of each approach. Discussion topics will include how to effectively interview vulnerable individuals, how environmental factors can impact upon the effectiveness of interviews, and how interview skills acquisition can help mitigate potential problems within your organization.
